A CLOSER LOOK AT THE ZEBRA LABEL PRINTER PLUGIN
This plugin allows Mirus to interface with a Zebra Label Printer. Now operators can label their samples while in the field, making it easier than ever to stay organized and work efficiently. HarvestMaster’s Zebra Label Printer Plugin is compatible with any Zebra brand ZPL-compatible printer.
Not only can users print plot and row information onto these labels, but any information the GrainGage is collecting while harvesting. For a completely customizable experience, researchers can add test weight, plot weight, moisture percentages, 2-D barcodes, 3-D barcodes, and field location on their labels. Users can also print multiple labels for each sample and select if they want the label printed before or after each plot is harvested.
All of this can be done within the cab, eliminating prolonged stop and start times and allowing operators to get samples to the lab faster and more conveniently. Users no longer need to print labels in the lab and sort them in the order they think they will harvest. These labels will already contain the relevant information needed to identify where the samples were collected. Users can be confident knowing their samples are labeled correctly.
